At Patha Capital, we are currently looking to invest in PBSA and BTR in great locations all over the UK. Considering the change in market dynamics, we are also looking to acquire opportunistic single family homes in London and South East. Our goal is to provide fantastic homes to our customers.

Mr Patha setup AIG's residential equity investments platform in the UK and Ireland, and built AUM over £750 million including 5,000 student housing beds and 600 Built-to-Rent (multifamily) units, and delivered market leading returns to the Fund investors. Few of those investments are shown below:
